Originally from Norfolk, Virginia, Joan got her love for Real Estate from growing up in a family of builders and developers. The comprehension she has been able to develop over the last three decades is what has led Joan to being one of the few Realtors in the nation to hold the prestigious designation of Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) and the professional designation of Graduate of Realtors Institute (GRI). Joan prides herself in continued accessibility and dependability to provide maximum benefit for every client she works with.

In her spare time, Joan enjoys spending time with her grandchildren, travelling and scuba diving! Joan has served on Children’s Home Society Advisory Board, US Swimming Committee for the Olympic Festival and the NC Swimming Officials Chairman and National Championship Certified Official, NC Swimming Age Group Vice Chairman
